What We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and caring osteopath to join our award-winning team. You should be:

A qualified osteopath (or final year student) registered (or eligible to register) with the GOsC

Passionate about patient care and delivering exceptional outcomes

Enthusiastic about learning, developing, and growing as a practitioner

A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment

Motivated to build and develop your own patient base

Comfortable with a varied caseload including musculoskeletal, sports injuries, and general well-being

Eager to contribute to a positive, dynamic, and forward-thinking clinic culture

Osteopathic Consultancy has been operating in Camberley, Surrey for 26 years. Over that time, we have grown our business by learning what works well (and what doesn’t) in regard to our services and team culture. We are continually advancing the systems within our innovative business to support all staff, so you can focus on the things that really make a difference to your patients.

We believe in providing an innovative approach to our services and therefore place a high emphasis on CPD, training, and coaching, with a varied and engaging in-service programme. In addition, we are dedicated to providing weekly training and coaching to our team members to ensure you excel in the areas you are passionate about.

We use electronic records and ensure they are utilised effectively and efficiently, so you can spend more time ‘doing’. This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the Managing Director, while also working closely with other key members of the team.

Over £15,000 worth of coaching, training and CPD per year: We really value personal and professional development and have a weekly structure to support you! An area you’d like to learn more about? Let us know and we’ll make every step to make that happen.
Full training and support: Every team member will go through a 6 week training programme to make sure you are fully confident in your role and environment. We also provide daily, weekly and quarterly support to make sure you reach your goals.
