PART TIME RECEPTION / ADMIN REQUIRED

If you’re skilled in building relationships and amazing customer service and you’re a lightning fast learner, you might just be the person we’re looking for! We have a fantastic family culture here at Osteopathic Consultancy and we love to support and encourage each other on a daily basis. This is part time position for the afternoons/early evening.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated individual to join our front-of-house team. You should be:

Friendly, welcoming, and professional with excellent communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to details

Confident using computers, email, and clinic management software

A team player who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment

Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding patient care

Able to multitask and priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting

Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not essential

We believe in providing an innovative approach to our services and therefore place a high emphasis on CPD, training, and coaching, with a varied and engaging in-service programme. In this role, you will be dealing with patients across a variety of platforms—booking, helping, and providing an amazing level of service. You will need to think on your feet, have a logical mind, and be able to work on your own initiative. You will also need to have a confident phone manner, good literacy skills, and a can-do attitude. We are looking for a firebomb!
